Section 1
  • Move through a series of full-body joint articulations and finish with seated pranayama and a little bit of meditation. This practice is a great way to begin your day, though it can be practiced at any point during the day—whenever you want to feel a little better and a little clearer in your mind and your body!
  • "101" doesn't necessarily mean "easy"! This deconstructed sequence starts out slowly and builds in intensity. It's designed to bridge the gap between a "level 1" and an "all levels" vinyasa class. If you're newer to vinyasa, you'll learn foundational skills for moving confidently through a flow. And if vinyasa is already your go-to practice, you'll get the opportunity to tune up your skills and find even more stability ease on the mat. This class includes options for arm balances.
  • In this class, you'll practice conventional poses in unconventional ways to maximize stability and strength and to support a controlled, deep release through the hamstrings and hips.
  • This chair vinyasa class is great for days when you want to take a break from a vigorous practice but still desire a complete, strengthening flow. Enjoy the relaxed pace of this experience.
Section 2
  • Simple and effective, this class is a calming elixir for whenever you need to relax. You'll begin in child's pose, then move through a soothing sequence of forward bending postures. Return to this practice anytime you need a quick dose of quiet in your life.
  • In this short class, you'll use variations of surya namaskar A and B to work with chaturanga dandasana in a few different ways to progress your practice of it, increasing both its strength and integrity. This may feel tough, but you'll take intermittent breaks in down dog and with feel-good chest stretches as you go. When you're done, conclude in a deep and supportive heart opener to release the muscles you worked so hard.
  • Target the transverse abdominis (the deepest layer of the abdominal wall) with this 20-minute plank-centric class. Enjoy the challenge!
  • Eye of the Tornado: Find Calm Amidst a Challenging Flow - Level 3

Section 3
  • This meditation, which you can do seated or lying down, is from Michelle’s book, Skill in Action: Radicalizing Your Yoga Practice to Create a Just World. You’ll begin with a breathing practice before connecting with your heart’s desire for the world and for healing. Then, you’ll create a mantra for this desire.
