Challenge Overview

Increase flexibility, build whole-body strength, and challenge your flow with this two-week peak pose program that's designed for experienced yogis.

Sign up and you'll get three 20-minute classes a week, each of which builds upon the last. Throughout, you'll not only work toward specific poses, but also refine your practice of different categories of asana—from standing poses to backbends, inversions, and more. Each class also features a different bija (seed) mantra that sets the underlying tone and intention.

The poses you'll work toward, in order:

  • Bird of paradise (svarga dwijasana)

  • Eight angle pose (astavakrasana)

  • Mermaid pose (naginyasana)

  • Half lord of the fishes pose II (ardha matsyendrasana II)

  • Hanuman's shoulderstand pose (eka pada parsva sarvangasana)
