Section 1
  • Work to find a current of lightness, buoyancy, and play as you move through a sequence full of elevating and expansive shapes. Take on this energy of the air element anytime you are feeling stagnant or stuck. Props: none
  • Inspire an optimistic spirit by supporting and nourishing your mind and body. Enjoy feel good thigh and calf stretches, along with hip and heart openers. Props: 2 blocks, strap
  • Move and breath with compassion for yourself, inside and out. Choose a mantra that is meaningful to you as you smoothly flow through hip openers and strong standing poses. Take good care of yourself at every age and stage of life. Props: none
  • Move like water in this fluid practice to shift habitual patterns. Find the current of your movements and connect to the element of water through lunges, twists, side body stretches, and balancing poses. Props: block
  • A smell or taste can transport us back to a favorite memory, and our yoga practice has similar powers. Combine movement and breath to feel more at home in your body and connected to your senses. Props: none
  • A well-rounded flow that fits just like your favorite t-shirt and jeans. Flow through sun salutations, strong standing poses, lower to the ground for some backbends, and have an opportunity to play with headstand. Close with savasana and seated meditation, and leave feeling warm, balanced, and still. Props: none
  • A warming and grounding mid-day practice to provide perspective and clarity on what matters most. Flow through a variety of balance postures, hip opening movements and sun salutations to move the body and clear the mind. Props: none
  • A feel-good mandala flow linking breath and movement to tap into the subtleties of vital energy (prana). Begin seated to connect to breath, then flow into spinal warmups and sun salutations. Build energy in strong standing poses, quad stretches, and backbends before closing in a seated pose. Props: 2 blocks, blanket, strap
  • Let go of expectations and old stories in this dynamic, forgiving class. Flow through poses that open your hamstrings and hips, while truly challenging you to let go of your inner critic. Leave class feeling open to your authentic self. Props: none
  • Connect to your divine feminine energy in this flowing, creative class. Use your breath to flow through sun salutations and strong standing poses, reminding us of our inherent strength and stamina. Wind down with backbends and a twist, feeling supported by the loving goddess energy we've cultivated throughout class. Props: 2 blocks, blanket
