This challenge is designed to help you build a consistent yoga practice with ease and enjoyment. Each day, you’ll step onto your mat for a 15- to 20-minute vinyasa or hatha class that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. With a new class to explore daily, there’s no need to search for the right one—simply show up and move. Guided by expert teachers, including Jim Bennitt, Anisha Chirmule, and Nichole Golden, you’ll receive clear, supportive instruction to help you flow through each sequence with confidence and intention.

This challenge is for anyone seeking a short, uplifting, and energizing daily practice that fits seamlessly into a busy schedule. If you want to stay consistent with your yoga without spending time searching for the right class, this is for you. With just 15 to 20 minutes a day, you’ll have the opportunity to move, breathe, and feel your best. Section 1
  • Energy waning when you most need it? Join Jim for this whole-body practice that includes arm circles, hip circles, side-body stretches, empowering lunge variations, dynamic side planks, hip-opening movements in sphinx, seated twists, and more. Then, at the end of class, you’ll do a few rounds of kapalabhati (skull shining breath) to infuse your body and mind with more energy.
Section 2
  • Feel into the foundations of your mind, body, and soul in this spacious practice. Begin in a comfortable seated posture, focusing your breath. Next, enjoy side bends, hamstring stretches, and front body openers, designed to help you connect to the earth with every move.
Section 3
  • An energy-boosting flow to add positivity to your day. Move through strong and accessible standing poses, balancing shapes, and close with a gentle moment of rest.
Section 4
  • Work to find a current of lightness, buoyancy, and play as you move through a sequence full of elevating and expansive shapes. Take on this energy of the air element anytime you are feeling stagnant or stuck.
Section 5
  • Let your creativity flow as you gently draw your attention to your inner spark. Work toward headstand through full-body movement with an extra focus on the spine and neck, feeling more fully within your body and mind.
Section 6
  • This short all-levels practice will help you build vitality with mindful, breath-connected movement so you can leave the mat feeling refreshed and energized!
Section 7
  • Power through a vigorous, full-body sequence with an emphasis on core stability and balance. Play with lunge and chair variations to create heat, strength, and energy.
Section 8
  • Embody the wisdom of Aparigraha, or "non-grasping" through a flow of twisting postures including thread the needle, revolved crested lunge, and seated twist. In this practice, you'll explore the transformative power of releasing attachments and creating more space for the unchanging aspects of your deepest self.
Section 9
  • Inspire an optimistic spirit by supporting and nourishing your mind and body. Enjoy feel good thigh and calf stretches, along with hip and heart openers.
Section 10
  • There are a number of ways to incorporate tapas into your life. One way is to repeat one particular practice many times. This class will focus on sun salutations as a form of tapas. You'll build heat as you flow with intention and with a deep focus on the breath. Grab a mat and begin this exploration of tapas.
Section 11
  • Move like water in this fluid practice to shift habitual patterns. Find the current of your movements and connect to the element of water through lunges, twists, side body stretches, and balancing poses.
Section 12
  • This grounding and energizing continuous-movement sequence for caretakers pulls us back to center so that we can go out into the world and be of service. We show up best for the people in our lives, especially our children, when we tend to ourselves first.
Section 13
  • Enjoy a little bit of stretchy goodness for your whole body. Start on your back, lengthening your hamstrings and outer hips. Move onto low lunges with side stretche, strong standing poses with shoulder opening, and more. Leave class feeling balanced in mind and body.
Section 14
  • Build strength and stability in this grounding vinyasa class. After a centering practice, you’ll do classical sun salutes, a squat sequence, a series of dynamic lunges, side plank variations, lunge twist variations, and more.
