  • In this flowing, creative class, you'll connect to your divine feminine energy through breath-driven sun salutations and strong standing poses that evoke strength and stamina. The practice concludes with backbends and twists, supported by the loving goddess energy cultivated throughout.
  • In this Shakti mandala flow, you'll channel the energy of Saraswati to cultivate clarity and manifest your vision, beginning with mudra, traditional storytelling, and chanting. The practice includes a seated flow, shakti waves, standing crescents, and a dynamic warrior-to-half-moon sequence, concluding with a guided seated practice to refine your intention.
  • In this Durga-inspired flow practice, you'll discover that you have verything you need to defeat your modern day demons. You'll open your hamstrings, chest, and shoulders in this slow but steady class where breath is key.
  • In this Durga-inspired practice, you'll tap into courage, protection, and inner strength through mudra, traditional storytelling, and chanting, followed by breath of fire, sun salutations, and powerful poses like crescent lunges, locust, and goddess flow with lion's breath.
  • In this Kali-inspired practice, you'll tap into the fierce divine feminine energy to uncover undiscovered aspects of yourself. The flow includes strong standing poses, quad stretches, and hamstring openers in a circular mandala sequence, empowering you to conquer your inner demons.

The flow includes mudra, mythic storytelling, chanting, hip and spine warm-ups, and poses like thread the needle, revolved gate, side plank, and wheel, closing with a seated practice to solidify your intention and invite healing.
