Vinyasa Flows to Build Strength and Take Flight

Ready to explore arm balances with more strength, clarity, and a sense of play? This 3-week challenge led by Danni Pomplun features six progressive yoga flows designed to help you build toward arm balance poses in a focused and fun way. Organized into three weekly sections, each with two 20-minute classes, the structure is designed to help you move through the program at a steady, manageable pace.

As you progress through these thoughtfully designed yoga sequences, you’ll start with familiar arm balances like crow pose, then work toward more complex variations such as eka pada koundinyasana II (flying splits pose), eka pada koundinyasana I (twisted one-legged arm balance), single-leg crow, and visvamitrasana (compass pose in arm balance). Each class begins with core activation and sun salutations, then builds seamlessly toward a peak arm balance through thoughtful, progressive sequencing. Along the way, you’ll move through creative transitions and focused preparation to support each pose.
