In this workshop, we'll learn, flow through, then reverse two vinyasa sequences—one that centers around familiar standing poses and transitions and one that's a little more "outside the box."
The repetition will build a sense of mastery and success, and reversing the sequences serves as an "autopilot deterrent," helping you to stay focused and present with your practice. You'll also learn tips and tricks for creating a "flip-it-and-reverse-it" style sequence of your own, which are useful for teachers and home practitioners alike.
