Are you looking for an active and spontaneous practice that will increase your flexibility, vary your movement, and awaken your creativity?
While Yin Yoga is often associated with long and passive holds, this energetic practice (informed by Taoist philosophy) will teach you how to balance Yang with Yin. Paulie’s instruction will take you to a new level of self-expression as you explore animal-inspired postures that fall way outside the realm of traditional asana (think seahorse, T. rex, snake, and more!).
Paulie will also teach you how to integrate the five Taoist alchemical elements (earth, metal, water, wood, and fire), into your practice. Enter into this experience with an open mind and you’ll leave with a childlike, playful heart. Don't be afraid to laugh and play as you practice on your mat!
