Section 1
  • Feel into the foundations of your mind, body, and soul in this spacious practice. Begin in a comfortable seated posture, focusing your breath. Next, enjoy side bends, hamstring stretches, and front body openers, designed to help you connect to the earth with every move. Props: block (optional), blanket (optional)
  • In this seated practice, you’ll learn a hand mudra that can help you feel grounded in mind and body. You’ll also learn how to balance the flow of your breath equally through both nostrils, which is said to be an optimal state for meditation practice.
  • Wake up with a morning floor practice that doesn’t require standing up. Enjoy heart openers, feel good spinal twists, and hip opening poses.
  • Connect to the natural world and give thanks for all she offers us. Feel how your sit bones connect to the Earth, and bring awareness to the wonders of being alive here and now. Props: something to sit on
  • Feeling scattered and need to bring your nervous energy down? This class is for you. Each pose is designed to gently guide your awareness into your body and the present moment. Start with simple seated stretches, and move onto a prop-supported standing forward fold, supine twists, and a backbend. Props: 2 blocks, bolster (or blanket)
  • Breathe long and deep, move slowly and intentionally. This comforting earth-element sequence includes grounding flows and soothing pranayama. It's an ideal practice anytime you need to reconnect to your body and to a sense of gratitude for planet Earth.
  • Shift out of anxiety and into a calmer state of mind using just your breath. This box breath technique doesn't require much time, but is effective in grounding your nervous system. Props: something to sit on
  • Tap into the earth element and process information your body is holding with this practice focused on the spleen and stomach meridians. Hold poses targeting the front of your thighs, integrate sensory input from the day, and let your mind rest on your breath. Props: bolster, blanket
  • Having trouble falling asleep? Lie down and listen to this short audio meditation that can help you drift off at night or into an afternoon nap. You’ll be guided through a grounding practice, feeling the tender embrace of Mother Earth with breath awareness, sensory experiences, and visualization. Make yourself comfortable and surrender to sweet relaxation.
