Section 1
  • Join Luke Ketterhagen for a well-rounded practice for a happy body! Begin with neck and shoulder warmups, then move through a steady sequence of strong standing poses, heart openers, and hip openers. Wind down and close with a short savasana.
Section 2
  • This bone-building flow with Sierra Hollister is based off of a longer series (of 12 common yoga poses) used in a study conducted by Loren Fishman, which found that 30-second holds are key for building bone density.
Section 3
  • Join Jim Bennitt to release and strengthen along your spine with stretches and gentle movements. Work with bridge pose, windshield wipers, and bird-dog to give your spine supportive mobility.
Section 4
  • Join Amy Ippoliti for a practice to support bone health with strengthening poses that squeeze muscle to bone. This active sequence includes strengthening for the whole body with squats, planks, and standing balancing poses. Close with a brief seated meditation or savasana.
Section 5
  • Join Nichole Golden for a practice to release the muscles in your chest and strengthen the upper back to support healthy posture. You'll bring awareness to how you poise yourself and reset patterns to support optimal posture in your practice and off the mat.
Section 6
  • Feel more freedom in your body with healthy, happy joints. This mostly-on-your-back practice with Rodney Yee is a (mostly) mellow way to support your joints from head to toe.
Section 7
  • Get on your mat with Tiffany Bush first thing in the morning to warm up your joints. Lubricate your neck, spine, hips, and shoulders to set the stage for a happy body.
