  • What is Ashtanga Yoga? David breaks the purpose of this practice down into 15 comprehensive points.
  • What's the relationship between mind, prana, and breath, and how does Ashtanga Yoga illuminate this connection? David explains, and he also provides a tip for how you can bridge the theories discussed in this workshop with the practice.
  • Learn ujjayi (victory) breath. David guides you through a practice of ujjayi, and he explains why it's an essential aspect of Ashtanga Yoga practice.
  • Learn how to practice the jump-back and jump-through transitions taught in the Ashtanga Yoga system. These are challenging transitions, but this tutorial guides you through them step by step. Have two blocks handy, and enjoy the challenge!
