This practice-based introduction to Primal Vinyasa with Annie Adamson will help you unlearn habitual movement patterns and transition into more intuitive and authentic physical expressions—both on the mat and in daily life.

In this program you'll explore the fundamental components of Primal Vinyasa, and you'll get five short (10- to 30-minute) Primal Vinyasa classes. These playful yet informative sequences will expand your relationship to asana by introducing you to a range of movements rarely seen in your average yoga class.

She brings over a decade of experience practicing and teaching Yoga, Workshops, and Trainings. Annie’s deep love of mythology, natural movement, and the study of Earth Medicine traditions inspire her work. She is certified in Anusara, Power Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
