Course Overview

"Just 5 Days" is a journey to gain understanding of how to create a consistent and transformative meditation practice. One that will guide your attention inward, one layer at a time, to the space of clarity, purpose, and peace. Over the 5 days, you'll learn the steps to turning awareness inward, how to overcome common challenges and debunk common misconceptions about meditation. And, of course, we'll practice together too! The daily lessons and practice will be 20-30 minutes in total.

This 5 day challenge includes one 15-20 minute lesson and practice each day and will cover:

  • Posture and relaxing the physical body

  • Supercharging intentions

  • Breath practice to reduce anxiety

  • Mantra for focus and clarity

  • Let Go and Let Be

Kimberly believes a regular meditation practice not only has the power to keep you healthy and happy but everyone you come into contact with will be happier too.

Kimberly has studied meditation and yoga with some of the most renowned teachers throughout the world from gurus in India to Buddhist monks in Japan. She graduated from Purdue University in the Health Science Program, completed her 500hr yoga teacher training from Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2010.

She has taught in studios, boardrooms, schools, yoga festivals, retreats, rehabilitation centers, orphanages in Africa, on beaches, in mountains and one-on-one private sessions. She has been the expert teacher on meditation for podcasts, apps and in various media outlets such as SHAPE Magazine and the host teacher for Yoga Journal's Live Be Yoga Tour Team. Through thoughtful compilation of her lifetime of study and teaching experiences, Kimberly has created numerous live and virtual Meditation Teacher Trainings and workshops. Her passion is to teach and to see the effects of this practice ripple throughout the world.

Kimberly's intention is to provide a community space for meditators to take a deep dive into their practice and the study of the human experience. Her hope is for students to feel like they've arrived exactly where they're supposed to be.

When Kimberly is not teaching, you can find her with her husband and children hiking and skiing in Colorado or walking her two puppies at home in Chicago.
