This is your invitation to explore the art and science of meditation with a powerful practice from Kundalini Yoga.

Art is the expression or application of our imagination and creative skill via a body of work that is appreciated for its beauty or emotional power. The beauty and emotional power of this meditation is found in the way it shapes and refines our consciousness and the subsequent insights that arise from this refinement.

This meditation is also applied science, a coded action with a certainty of results, which we’ll learn more about in our journey together.
