In this spring Kundalini program, Sierra will give you a comprehensive overview of how to use these practices to feel energized by releasing the old and the stale and creating the space for the new.

Section 1
  • Create balance and energy in this core-focused kundalini practice. You’ll begin class with some simple side stretches and forward folds. From there, you’ll move into active core postures and exercises such as boat pose, oblique exercises, and more. Class ends with a brief check in to see how you’re feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally. Enjoy this uplifting and robust kundalini sequence.
Section 2
  • This class begins with a smooth and easy flow where Sierra will guide you through seated stretches, then moves into a guided pranayama with naval pumping, where she also teaches you about the endocrine system. After that, you’ll practice core activation exercises before settling into a restful hero pose to conclude. If you’d like, you may wish to have a bolster or blanket on hand for more comfort and support as you practice.
Section 3
  • “Maha gyan” means “the great knowledge” and “agni” refers to fire, especially the purifying aspects of fire. In this pranayama practice for purifying the mind, body, and spirit, Sierra will teach you mudras and mantras to help keep you centered throughout.
Section 4
  • Join Sierra for this energizing kundalini practice designed to relieve anger. You’ll begin class in rock pose then shift into energizing sun salutations. From there, you’ll come to a supine position and do core activation exercises. Class ends with an invigorating pranayama and the mantra of “sat nam.” Enjoy this energizing practice!
