  • In this class, you’ll move while saying the mantra sat nam (I am truth) to connect with the wisest part of yourself. The core-focused third chakra practice begins with flowing seated movements and standing balance work before moving into a sequence that includes knee-to-tricep taps from down dog, rapid seated twists, goddess pose squats, long holds with arms raised overhead (while seated), frog pose squats, and more. You’ll conclude in a deeply relaxing savasana.
