You’ll begin with a centering practice and a warm-up of contralateral movement (which fosters right brain/left brain integration). After that, you’ll move on to a visualization about your life’s journey, followed by call and response chanting, a chakra-awareness practice, dynamic movement in basic poses combined with chanting, and mental chanting combined with pranayama.
