Whether you love Pilates, or have never done it before but would like to try it, you can join Brooke Tyler to explore an engaging practice that will support not only your yoga but everything you do in daily life.

You'll practice a 75-minute Pilates sequence designed to help you connect to your core and increase spinal flexibility. You'll also learn Brooke's unique approach to Pilates—the four foundations of movement—and discover how to embody these foundations on a deep and lasting level.

Her alignment cues are so good that even if you're new to Pilates you'll feel confident on the mat. Enjoy this practice!

Brooke Tyler

Brooke's journey with classical Pilates began in 2002 when she trained in Seattle with Dorothee VandeWalle. The more she instructed, the more she saw how her clients could benefit from the rich tradition of Chinese medicine. She attended grad school for classical Chinese Medicine, then opened Clasique Acupuncture & Pilates Studio in 2009. Brooke brings depth to the practice of Pilates, and lightness to the healing art of chinese medicine.
