This five-day pranayama program is great for anyone with a basic knowledge of breathwork who is seeking to deepen their practice. It progressively builds to pratiloma pranayama, a breathing practice where you alternate between ujjayi (victory breath) and nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing).
The program begins with a review of kapalabhati (skull shining breath), ujjayi, and nadi shodhana pranayama. Each class begins with an explanation of the practices you’ll do that day and their energetic effects (brahmana and langhana) and is followed by a practice.
