Section 1
  • In this module, Nadiya shares what inspired her to practice Qigong. She also outlines the benefits of this practice, the philosophy behind it, the "power centers" in the body that you'll be working with during this program, and more.
  • In this module, you'll learn how to feel your Qi and explore self-massage practices that can serve as an ideal warm-up for Qigong.
  • In this module you'll explore a mudra meditation that features diamond mudra, drawing your aura mudra, assurance and protection mudra, defy suffering mudra, facing the truth mudra, and sword mudra.
  • In this module, you'll practice a cloud sequence for connecting to the water element and bringing joy to your heart.
  • In this module, you'll explore a vinyasa for nourishing kidney Qi. This experience will give you a sense of how Qigong can be integrated into your yoga practice.
  • In this module, Nadiya explains how to create a sacred altar, and she leads you through a guided meditation that includes visualization.
