In Rasa Yoga: Elemental Magic—a five-day program—Sianna skillfully guides you through flowing sequences that blend asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, and embodied themes to give you a tangible experience of the five elements (the pancha maha bhutas). Here’s a taste of what you can expect from each class. To benefit fully, she encourages you to practice them in the following order:

Starting with the slow-flow Earth: Magic of Trust, you’ll awaken a deep grounding feeling where you’ll build patience, trust, and stamina.

Next, you’ll explore Water: Magic of Flow,where you’ll ask yourself “Where do I feel stuck in life? How can I find more flow?,” and open to a path of least resistance.

After that, enjoy taking the tempo up with Fire: Magic of Activation, where you’ll work your core and build confidence and focus that you can use to tackle anything.

Then comesAir: Magic of Play, where you’ll remember that your capacity to create is limitless and cultivate a joyful spirit.

And finally Ether: Magic of Listening, where you’ll flow from a place of receptivity, breathing, and feeling—opening to a feeling of space in your body and mind.

Section 1
  • Sianna invites you to her program and the rasa yoga collective, explains what the rasa yoga style is and how this practice impacts the world. Come experience this magical experience.
Section 2
  • This slow-paced earth flow is a moving prayer for patience, trust, and stamina. You’ll begin seated with mudra and chanting. You’ll then explore a grounding sequence that includes earth-sky pranayama (a standing breathing practice), ganesha squats, lunge variations, standing flows, seated hip openers, and more. Enjoy moving, as Sianna puts it, “at the speed of trust.”
Section 3
  • Where do you feel stuck in life? How can you find more flow? In this water-element sequence, you’ll open more to the path of least resistance. You’ll begin seated with mudra, chanting, and spinal flows. After that comes tiger dog with shakti waves, cobra sways, camel flows, pigeon variations, half moon into sugarcane pose, mermaid, and more. Finally, you’ll close hands to heart in a simple seated pose, giving thanks to the oceans, creeks, rivers, mists, and dew drops. Enjoy letting go a little.
Section 4
  • In this fire-activating practice, you’ll build confidence and focus that you can use to tackle anything. Class begins seated with pranayama and mudra practices. After that comes a courageous core flow that includes breath of fire in bird dog, locust pose with a block, energizing standing flows, a supine core series, forearm stand, and more. Ready to feel inspired? See yourself as the fire and you’ll become it.
Section 5
  • Imagination is limitless and we are all the artisans of our own lives. In this air-element class, you’ll be invited to embrace the spirit of play and tap into your creative side. You’ll begin seated for mudra, chanting, and spinal warmups. After that comes puppy pose, “flying” locust pose, three-legged dog variations, standing heart chakra and prana mudra flows, eagle pose, rocking bow poses, wheel, and more. Enjoy getting outside the box and being light of heart.
Section 6
  • Flow from a place of listening, breathing, and feeling in this ether-element practice. You’ll begin seated for mudra, chanting, and bhramari (bumblebee) pranayama. After that comes child’s pose, thread the needle, forward fold variations, prone backbends, slow sun salute variations, shoulderstand (or bridge) options, fish pose, and more. Finally, you’ll close in a seated pose, chanting the seed mantras of each element. Enjoy opening to a feeling of space in your body and mind.
Section 7
  • Give yourself a moment to reflect on the energies and magic of the elements you’ve experienced throughout this program.
