Section 1
  • Warm up your body from the inside out with intentional, continuous movement to start your day off right. Begin with gentle core work and hip openers on your back before moving onto a well-rounded flow that includes standing poses, backbends, and twists.
Section 2
  • Release tension in your facial muscles with this quick and accessible face yoga practice. Soften your forehead, gently tap points in your face to unwind tension, release your jaw, and enjoy the internal and external benefits of some silly facial expressions.
Section 3
  • Get your vibes right for the day in this centering, breath-focused practice. Find a comfortable seat and ground yourself before diving into alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) to balance both sides of your body.
Section 4
  • Start your day with kind, gentle movement, starting on the ground for the first few minutes then moving into more active spine-, hip-, and hamstring-focused movements.
Section 5
  • Wake up your body and mind with this energizing breath practice. You'll be guided through three different practices: kapalabhati (skull shining breath), nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), and ujjaii pranayama (throat breathing). See how this trio can help you feel uplifted and ready to tackle your day.
Section 6
  • Set the tone for your workday with this short, feel-good stretch practice that you’ll do standing. You’ll begin by setting an intention for the day, then you’ll do some gentle shoulder, chest, and side-body opening practices to counteract sitting at your desk. Finally, you’ll conclude by reaffirming how you want to show up in the office (even the virtual one).

  • Need motivation to get up on your mat? Start your day in the best way and create a daily yoga habit with this practice. You'll start with a simple sequence of stretches and twists and then perform a series of gentle, flowing and fun moves to warm up and give your day the boost it needs.
