  • Ever feel like one of your nostrils is clogged? Learn a simple trick that can help balance the flow of air through each nostril. Give it a try next time you're feeling sniffly!
  • Infuse joy and play into your yoga asana practice! Start with shaking out your body and a few rounds of "breath of joy." Immediately launch into a strong flow that includes lunges, balancing poses, and seated twists. Allow yourself space to wobble, shake, and experience the power of play, before slowing down with a forward fold and backbend.
  • Move through a series of energizing spinal flows in this sweet and complete practice. Use this class as reinforcement to get ready for whatever your day may bring.
