Section 1
  • Wake your body and breath with this short, refreshing sequence.
Section 2
  • A simple yet challenging 30-minute class that provides a little workout without all the super-fancy poses. This sequence features warrior III, knee-to-nose, eagle pose, camel pose, powerful high lunge poses, yogi push-ups, and more. Enjoy!
Section 3
  • Often the most challenging part of yoga is getting to the mat. Instead of hitting snooze and getting up later, get up now and wake up later. This is a short, gentle practice that can be used as an introduction to a longer practice or practiced on days when time is limited.
Section 4
  • Join Dina for a quick warm-up that can either be a practice on its own (on days when you may not have a lot of time) or as a part of a longer sequence. This short yet invigorating class features a dynamic cobra, jump switches, thread the needle, warrior dog, and more. Let's begin!
Section 5
  • Join Dianne Bondy for a 30-minute practice that combines vinyasa and longer holds in classic postures. This sequence includes: a gentle twist, boat pose, sun salutations, pigeon pose, half happy baby, and much more.
Section 6
  • No coffee? No problem! In this short flow, you'll use breath, movement, and intention to clear space physically and mentally—undoing any stuck, tense, or tight places—so that you can feel energized from within!
Section 7
  • When you awaken later than usual, do you wonder whether you can squeeze in a full practice? Or when the day is overcrowded, do you tend to skip practice entirely? Nikki offers a great 33-minute flow that will fit into a short morning, a lunch break, or just about any other time—to get your body and energy moving, and to focus your mind!
