In today’s hectic world, finding stability, routine, and balance can fall to the wayside in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Living out of tune with our bodies and the ayurvedic clock can leave us sluggish, burnt out, and craving a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. The ayurvedic clock divides the hours of the day, the seasons of the year, and the phases of our lives into three doshas: Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. Aligning our days, years, and lives around this clock can help us reconnect and truly understand what our minds and bodies need to thrive.
