Learn how to combine herbs and yoga to relieve physical and emotional tension so that you can sleep well and live in a more relaxed way. In this workshop, Brooke will introduce the benefits of three nervous-system-soothing herbs (chamomile, skullcap, and passionflower), and she’ll share how you can integrate these herbs into your daily life for personal healing. You’ll practice restorative yoga and yoga nidras that relate to and complement these three herbs, and you’ll also learn how to make your own herbal home remedies (including herbal decoctions, infusions, and oils).
