Section 1
  • A grounded practice to cultivate internal and external balance. Includes challenging and strengthening poses followed by a wind-down and a couple moments of savasana.
  • Support the longevity of your yoga practice with this well-rounded class full of strengthening, stretching, and feel-good poses. Through spinal undulations, downdog, and strong balance postures, you'll support your mind, body, and soul.
  • Embrace the season of your life with an accessible feel-good practice. Start with standing spine movements, then lower to hands-and-knees for spine and leg stretches. Practice also includes play with balancing on blocks, side-body openers, and twists.
  • Support healthy aging with special attention on the hips. Feel free, open, relaxed and grounded in your hips, while keeping your knee joints safe. Explore a series of standing poses to bring awareness to lower body actions and seated poses to help mobilize your hip joints.
  • Take good care of your low back as you age for a lifetime of mobility and feeling good. Strengthen your lower body and open up through your sides, hips, and inner thighs in this functional practice.
  • Let your yoga practice be a source of support for your life off the mat. You'll practice poses that mimic movements from everyday life, strengthening and lengthening your muscles so you feel better in your body as you do laundry, carry groceries, pick up kids, etc.
