Grounding Relaxation
This lying down meditation begins with a body scan to help you feel grounded so that you can move into a state of deep relaxation. You’ll explore a “center of the mind” breathing practice, allowing you to experience your breath in a nourishing way. Then, you’ll let go of any effort so you can rest quietly for as long as you like.
