Postnatal Meditation for When Baby Is Napping

Busy parents know that every moment they have for their own needs is precious. Take a few minutes to breathe deeply and relax mental tension while baby is napping. Settle your mind wiht a sunlight visualization, and then enjoy a nadi shodhana practice (alternative nostril breathing). Leave feeling more centered and ready for the rest of your day (or night!).
