Class Description

Feel the movement of prana (vital energy) in this guided breathing meditation, which can be done on its own or as a precursor to your regular meditation practice.

You’ll start with diaphragmatic breathing with your hands on your belly and then bring your hands up near your face. With every breath, experience the feeling of energy in the space between your face and your hands, and let this be a time when you become more aware of the unique subtleties of your energy and yourself.
