The Seeing Meditation

Slow down and let go in this guided meditation where you’ll keep your eyes open the entire time. Rather than focusing on one point directly in front of you (a drishti), you’ll play with using your peripheral vision. Get comfortable, breathe, and see if cultivating a relaxed gaze helps you find a more relaxed mindset.
