Diana has been practicing yoga since the late 1980s and teaching since 2003. She discovered yin yoga through her friend Bernie Clark and took his first yin yoga teacher training in 2004. Since then, she has studied with other leading yin yoga teachers including Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley.She is inspired by the yoga of B.K.S. Iyengar.
