Healthy Hand Placement

We do so much with our hands. We grab things, greet people with waves and handshakes; we comfort others with soft touches. Why is it, then, that when we step onto a yoga mat we often over-think how to place and use them?

In this three-minute tutorial, Annie invites you to get out of a "right" or "wrong" headspace when it comes to hand alignment. She offers quick, simple tips to help us practitioners regain a natural sense of movement, so that we can learn how to trust (rather than micro-manage or over-work) our hand placement in practice.
