We are consistently inspired by the Yoga and Body Image Coalition and their commitment to challenging stereotypes and highlighting the diversity of yoga practitioners and yoga practices. Do your part in spreading the word by sharing this video via social media, and by spreading this message far and wide: We are what yogis look like. You are what a yogi looks like. Every age, ability, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender identity, and sexual orientation is what a yogi looks like. Let us celebrate our authentic selves!
