Yoga is the Healer, Not the Yoga Teacher

From her own experience and perspective, Shari explains the role of the teacher and student in yoga in relation to healing. The teacher’s job is to teach and support the student in finding the healing inside themselves, and the teacher has to know the practice that is right for the student. But the student’s responsibility is to do the practice and find the healing that comes from within, not from the teacher.
