Asana Lab: Shoulderstand
Explore shoulderstand variations and see which one works best for you. In this workshop-style class, start with supine warm-ups, then explore the dynamic movement and coordination required for shoulderstand by rocking and rolling up to sitting from lying down. After that, you’ll practice shoulderstand variations, setting up your props in different ways as you go, seeing which versions feel the most “freeing” in your body!
