De-Sit Yourself

Reconnect to your body in this class that’s designed for anyone who spends a significant amount of time sitting during the day. You’ll do lots of prop-supported feel-good stretches, chest-openers, and more to allow your body to decompress and your mind to unwind. At the end, you’ll have several minutes to integrate your experience while you rest in savasana.

Grab an extra chair and bolster for this practice.
