Dragon Dance Flow

Stimulate the flow of prana/qi (life force energy) as you move your whole body through a dynamic, wave-like sequence—a fluid “dragon dance” inspired by traditional yoga techniques and Daoist practices. The practice unfolds in three stages: you’ll build heat with rhythmic, flowing movement, cultivate strength and resilience through longer holds, and gradually downshift into a calming “golden seed” to integrate the effects.
