In this blend of tutorial and practice, you’ll do a yoga sequence designed to enhance right/left brain integration, which can improve your focus and memory. You’ll begin with a centering practice and then move on to syncing your breath and gaze with standing movements, doing an ayurvedic head and face massage, practicing brahmari (buzzing) breath, and more.
You can do the seated part of this practice on the floor or on a chair.
