Class Description

Hamstrings feel tight? Give them some lovin’ with this fun lower-body-focused sequence, which also includes some feel-good shoulder openers. You’ll begin by using blocks to walk forward and back from downward dog (warming up your legs and creating space in your upper body). After that you’ll practice wide versions of pyramid pose, half splits, and staff pose, and then wind down with a reclined leg stretch.

Conclude on your back in a brief savasana.
