In-Bed Yoga Sequence for a Good Night's Rest!

In this bed practice, you’ll begin seated on the edge of your bed and turn your attention inward for a brief body scan. After that you’ll give yourself a short arm massage and do a few neck rolls and twists before lying down on your belly for a sphinx/cobra sequence, hip stretches, and happy baby. 

Conclude this quieting practice in your resting position as Amber leads you through a sweet guided relaxation.
