Class Description

Strengthen your upper body and prepare for the “weight lifting” that comes along with parenting (i.e., carrying your baby, diaper bag, car seat, and so on).

This isn't a typical upper-body-focused class (which usually involve lots of weight-bearing through the hands). In fact, you'll do most of the practices from standing.
