No Place Like Aum
Lie down, get comfortable, and begin cultivating deep relaxation from the very start of this practice. You’ll gently move your spine through its natural range while exploring meditation on the sound of aum and touching on foundational principles of Yin Yoga. With minimal demonstration, you’re invited to listen closely—to the guidance and to your own experience—as you settle into stillness and ease.
