Powerful Asana, Powerful Savasana
Join Aadil for an energizing hatha practice designed to build your strength and increase your awareness.
You’ll begin seated, chanting om, before moving on to seated warm-ups and three rounds of surya namaskar. After that, you’ll practice a series of active standing poses (such as triangle, revolved triangle, and warrior I), active backbends (bridge and wheel), and reclined hand to big toe pose before lying back for a guided relaxation in savasana.
