Class Description

You know it's a good idea to floss your teeth, but what about “flossing” your shoulders? (Yeah, we think that's a pretty good idea too!) In this moderate-intensity sequence, Rocky leads you through a variety of mobility drills for your shoulder girdle, designed to help you find more space, movement, and freedom in your upper body.

This class is a great way to prepare for backbends and to counteract the effects of daily activities like desk work, cooking, texting, and driving.
