Seeking a short, challenging flow that’s easy on your wrists (i.e., that doesn’t contain arm balances, inversions, binds, or even a single chaturanga)? This sequence includes forearm variations of plank and down dog, lots of strengthening standing work, and fun balance transitions. And you’ll have the chance to practice it through twice!
