Yin Yoga for Upper Body Release

Ease tightness in the neck, shoulders, and arms through a yin practice designed for upper body release. Starting with simple, mobilizing movements for the joints, you’ll gradually transition into longer-held poses that encourage deeper opening through the shoulders and upper back. With additional variations that involve the lower body, this practice offers a balanced approach to opening and ease. An extended savasana at the end invites you to soften, unwind, and settle into that sense of release.
