Yoga for Basketball Players

Build lower-body strength with this go-to mobility practice for basketball players.  You’ll do supine leg and knee resistance practices, dynamic movement through side lunges, a resistance squat, and more, before closing in savasana. Have a weight (such as barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell) or a heavy book on hand for the squat drill.
