Yoga Therapy for Knee Troubles

Give your knees some love and attention in this mindful practice. Misalignment in the knees, patterns of use, and wear and tear can all contribute to knee trouble. In this class, you’ll learn optimal standing and walking alignment and knee-bending techniques that can improve the overall health of your knees. After that, you’ll practice a series of stretches designed to release tension in other parts of the body, like the hips and pelvis, potentially relieving knee stress.
