Tips for Theming a Yoga Class

There are many ways to theme a yoga class.  Scriptures, a walk in nature, even moments in daily life can provide inspiration.  It's best to keep it simple - what you have found meaningful will come through to your students and repeating a theme throughout several classes can make your theme more potent.
